Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of integrated PR, social media, influencer, and event campaigns for technology and AI clients.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Develop high-quality communications materials, including press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, reports, and social content.
• Drive Hong Kong and Macau media outreach and relationship building to secure impactful coverage across traditional, digital, and social platforms.
• Coordinate and manage campaign activities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are executed effectively.
• Monitor Hong Kong and Macau media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to support client objectives.
• Prepare campaign reports and performance analyses, measuring results against agreed KPIs.
• Support the Senior Account Manager and account lead on daily team coordination, maintain consistent execution standards, and provide operational guidance to junior Account Executives on PR best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1+ year of PR agency, communications agency or in-house corporate communications experience; tech industry or Hong Kong/Macau market experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting media relations, corporate communications, business stakeholder engagement, or large-scale corporate event projects; familiar with tech brand communication workflow is a major advantage.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of traditional media, digital media, and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels in Hong Kong and Macau local media ecosystem.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a client-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, media, and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Passion for technology, AI, innovation, and emerging business trends.
