Senior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the Organizers to explain the company's services and understating their needs.
• Work closely with the Customers in the planning phase and give them all the needed support to ensure campaign objectives will be met.
• Handling Mega Events.
• Build and maintain a strong long-lasting relationship with the organizers.
• Prepare contracts and make sure they are signed by both parties.
• Engage with the various internal departments such as the operations, Technical Support, social media, and Finance in order to facilitate and ensure organizer need fulfillment.
• Communicate event details and sponsorship packages with radio partners, mobile operators, and other sponsors to achieve maximum sales.
• Assist Account Executives in their roles.
• Ensure the satisfaction rate for the organizers and the internal teams.
• Resolve Organizers’ complaints and prevent additional issues by improving the process.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company's services according to customers’ needs and objectives.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the company's services.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent problem Solving skills.
• Excellent Communication and Marketing Skills.
• Highly organized.
• Multi-Tasker.
• Flexible with working hours.
