Senior Account Executive

• Able to handle a full set of accounts.
• Manage cash flow including monitoring bank balances, planning and verifying payments.
• Handle accounting transaction entry, review bank recon, fixed asset register, capex, review GL recon, SST submission, and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Work toward & achieve the reporting deadline.
• Assist, explain, and guide junior account executives to complete their tasks/roles. Assist the Manager in developing a high-performing Finance Team.
• To prepare monthly accrual & provision as well as conduct cost analysis reporting.
• To prepare mthly & year end financial reports including P/L, B/S & other financial report.
• Support yearly statutory audit.
• Take charge of the annual group budgeting process.
• Involve in Asolute system implementation & phase 3 e-invoice implementation.
• Participate in process improvement plan and implementation of finance and other operational workflow for the organization
• Any other duties assigned by the superior.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting.
• Working experience in the logistics industry will be an added advantage.

English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (preferred).
