Senior Account Executive

The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as a Senior Account Executive.

Responsibilities

1.Billing & Receipts: Prepare guest bills, record cash/card/online receipts, and post daily revenue.

2. Ledger & Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile customer, vendor, and bank ledgers regularly.

3. Vendor Payments: Verify invoices, process payments as per terms, and track outstanding balances.

4. Monthly Reporting: Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and department-wise revenue reports.

5. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor expenses, analyze budget vs. actuals, and support cost management.

6. Inventory Accounting: Maintain stock records, compute COGS, and assist in stock audits.

Qualifications

1. 4-5 years of experience with the knowledge of IDS Software.

2. B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

3. Proficiency in Tally accounting software, Microsoft Excel and IDS Software

4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail

5. Details oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines
