Work Location: Paya Emas, Melaka.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our account department. This role focuses on driving property sales, supporting marketing initiatives, and delivering excellent customer service to prospective buyers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-oriented, and passionate about the property development industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly management accounts.

• Prepare timely financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.

• Monitor project costs, development expenditure, and overall financial performance.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and relevant authorities.

• Support accounting and financial matters related to property development projects.

• Assist in year-end audit, tax computation, and statutory reporting.

• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in property development is highly preferred).

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL).

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Sales-driven with a positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude

• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
