Senior Account Executive (Mantin)

• Full set accounting for manufacturing (AP, AR and GL).
• Prepare audit listing.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain proper accounting records, process supplier invoices, staff claims and payments (accrual basis).
• Maintain account receivables invoicing and follow up on billing timeline and collection (on Project basis and Delivery Order).
• Prepare monthly management accounts inclusive of bank reconciliation (by 3rd working days) and year-end financial statements for Account Manager and General Manager review.
• Assist in preparation of SST, withholding tax.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent and company secretary.
• Ad hoc task from time to time.

Work Experience at least 4 years and above.
