Senior Account Executive/ Project Sales

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
• Present products and services to clients, providing customized solutions based on their needs
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to build brand presence
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Have experience in sales with governances/ Project Sales is plus
• At least 1–5 years of experiences in corporate sales, B2B sales, or key account management
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
