Senior Account Executive/Account Executive

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• Professional certification (LCCI, ACCA, or partial ACCA) is an advantage

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience handling full set accounts independently

• Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts including AR, AP, and GL

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis

• Handle intercompany reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliation

• Monitor AR aging and support credit control activities

• Assist in month-end/year-end closing for JPNJ and JPNMY

• Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, customers, and external parties

• Support audit, tax compliance, and process improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls

• Perform ad-hoc finance and accounting duties assigned by management
