Senior Account Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for the Indian market(traveling to India for 3-4 weeks each quarter). You will proactively identify and cultivate new channel resources within your assigned territory, build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective channel clients, and expand new channel partners or large projects and major end users. You will improve the channel penetration system by planning the overall channel strategy and operation mode, providing channel service support, effectively breaking down sales targets, and completing sales plans.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively break down sales targets and complete sales plans

About you

• Minimum 3 years of successful channel and projects business development experience, preferably within IT hardware industry（We also welcome graduates to submit your resumes）.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
