PMG is a creative and marketing agency founded in 1996, with offices in Sydney and Dubai and work delivered for leading brands around the world. We specialise in shopper marketing, experiential, media, creative and digital, and we are growing our team in the Middle East.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key accounts, with a focus on shopper marketing strategy and retail trade activations. It is a fast paced, results driven environment, and we want someone proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.

The Role

Reporting to our Group Account Director, you will:

• Strengthen and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Take client briefs and lead the development of creative and strategic solutions, working closely with our Account Directors, Account Managers and design team
• Bring market, shopper and category insight to every brief
• Grow key accounts and provide strategic input into campaign development
• Keep clients and internal and external stakeholders aligned on project goals, timelines and budgets
• Manage the flow of work across our teams to deliver creative, strategy, POS, marketing collateral and premiums
• Plan and deliver events, including product launches and brand activations
• Make sure every job is delivered to an impeccable standard
• Lead and take part in client presentations, responding to briefs, concepts and new initiatives
• Support and mentor team members and build strong working relationships across the agency

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years’ experience as an Account Manager in a marketing or creative agency, ideally in Shopper or Trade Marketing
• Extensive Shopper Marketing experience, from strategy through to execution
• Experience managing events from start to finish
• A strong understanding of consumer and shopper purchasing behaviour
• GCC market experience preferred; Arabic is an advantage

You will be positive, passionate and a great communicator, with the initiative to drive your own accounts and the willingness to support your colleagues. The role comes with a lot of autonomy, so you will need to be highly organised, detail focused, and able to respond quickly, solve problems and prioritise well. Collaboration across teams is central to how we deliver for our clients.
