What they need

  • We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join KAYAK for Business — a growing corporate travel platform where account management sits at the heart of client success and commercial growth
  • In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of clients across Europe and globally, working closely with travel managers, internal product and engineering teams, and travel management company (TMC) partners to build travel programmes that genuinely work for the people using them
  • You’ll be the connective tissue between client needs and KAYAK’s capabilities — turning insights into action, and relationships into long-term partnerships
  • Own a portfolio of KAYAK for Business clients — from global enterprise companies to SMB growth accounts — with a focus on retention, adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success
  • Serve as the primary contact for client teams, building trusted relationships and aligning the travel programme to their business goals
  • Lead the negotiation and contracting process for amendments and renewals
  • Drive account strategy and governance through regular reviews, performance insights, and clear action plans
  • Partner with client teams and TMC partners to optimise programme setup, workflows, and traveller experience
  • Use data to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations that improve adoption, performance, and overall programme results
  • Coordinate across internal teams — including product, engineering, finance, and customer support — to resolve complex issues, drive improvements, and advance client priorities
  • Manage escalations, product changes, invoicing, and operational matters with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Represent client needs internally, helping shape product priorities and service improvements
  • Support geographical expansion by coordinating market rollouts and keeping all parties aligned across regions

Benefits

  • Work flexibly: Our global flexible work policy lets our teams decide if they head into one of our offices or work from anywhere else
  • Team-wide time off: Most of our team disconnects at the same time each year to recharge and reconnect
  • Global volunteer week: Take VTO (Volunteer Time Off) to support the organizations and charitable efforts you believe in
  • Wellness: We take care of each other - providing opportunities and spaces to live that work-life balance
  • Resource groups: Our five ERGs are employee-led groups for underrepresented communities and their allies
  • Career growth: We provide opportunities for our team to develop their skills – or learn new ones – on their own terms- Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% as needed
  • Comfort working with data and presentation tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to clients or senior audiences
  • Comfort working across time zones — you will report into the global Account Management team in the US and collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the US
  • A client-first mindset, sound problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to addressing issues and identifying opportunities
  • A collaborative working style and enjoyment of cross-functional work
  • Experience engaging senior contacts on both the client and internal sides, and working alongside product and engineering teams
  • Experience in account management, ideally in corporate travel, B2B SaaS, or a related client-facing environment; equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills are welcome
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); a second European language is a plus
