Senior Accountant

Heritage Distribution Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounting records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and submit VAT & Withholding Tax (WHT) via the e-Filing system.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial closing and financial statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government authorities.
• Perform other assigned accounting duties.

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Thai taxation and accounting regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Odoo Accounting Software
• Experience with e-Filing tax submission
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player
• Registered Bookkeeper
• Member of the Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP)
• Current CPD hours
• Experience with financial closing and external audits
• Intermediate English communication skills
• Available to start immediately

Location: Interchange 21 Building (BTS Asok / MRT Sukhumvit)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
