Senior Accountant

You will:

• Prepare for the annual budgeting, including budget preparation, consolidation, analysis, and management reporting;
• Manage daily accounting operations, including revenue accounting, contract controls, operating expense (OPEX) monitoring, and accruals;
• Monitor budget performance and provide insightful recommendations to business leaders;
• Review Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including billing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
• Support business units in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives;
• Perform credit control and handle collection functions;
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, variance analysis, and forecasts;
• Perform month-end closing and prepare financial reports, supporting schedules, group consolidation packages, and budget packages;
• In charge of statutory audit and tax computation;
• Review and enhance work procedures and company policies to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls;
• Support ad hoc assignments as required

You should have / be:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines;
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent);
• Minimum of 5 years of solid accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting systems is required, with Oracle Cloud experience being a plus;
• Self-motivated, independent, meticulous and analytical mindset;
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight reporting deadlines
