Senior Accountant

The Company:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing Business Services & Tax division in a well-established, mid-tier Accounting firm in Sydney. 

The Role:
As a Senior Accountant in the Business Services division, you will manage and deliver end‑to‑end compliance and advisory work for a portfolio of SME and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and compliance work.
• Planning jobs, agreeing timelines and managing budgets to meet deadlines.
• Building strong client relationships through regular communication and advice
• Identifying tax planning, advisory and business improvement opportunities
• Managing workflow to achieve turnaround targets and compliance requirements
• Assisting with billing and monitoring performance against budgets
