Senior Accountant - Lease Accounting

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong experience in lease accounting, contract analysis, and financial reporting. The role involves managing lease-related accounting activities, financial close processes, contract reviews, audits, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Review and interpret lease agreements and contract amendments.
• Analyze contract modifications and assess financial impact.
• Prepare financial reports, management presentations, and supporting schedules.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and analysis.
• Conduct reviews to ensure lease and contract data is accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Lease Administration, and other cross-functional teams.
• Drive process improvements and support lease-related projects.

Requirements

• CA/CMA qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Lease Accounting, Contract Management, or Billing.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and contract interpretation.
• Experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
