Position: Senior Accountant

Business Scope: Manufacturing & Trading

Reporting To: Financial Controller

Job Overview：

Responsible for end-to-end financial accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and providing in-depth financial analysis.

Job Responsibilities：

• Prepare accounting vouchers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement.
• Perform systematic analysis on key financial indicators, covering project gross profit margin, operating cost ratio, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and other related metrics. Identify potential financial risks and operational improvement opportunities and provide practical data support and professional recommendations for business optimization.
• Liaise and coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant regulatory bodies. Assist in annual audit and tax inspection procedures, and ensure full compliance with financial, accounting and tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Holding professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• Work Experience & Core Competencies
• At least 10 years of solid accounting work experience; candidates with manufacturing industry background are preferred.
• Proficient in full set accounting procedures, internal cost control, and accounting standards. Strong risk awareness, meticulous working attitude, and excellent data accuracy capability.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision with a high sense of responsibility and take full accountability for financial data accuracy and financial reporting compliance.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, PivotTable and Data Analysis tools, as well as mainstream financial software. Strong in financial data analysis, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.
