Senior Accountant – Job Description Position: Senior Accountant

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, including returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
• Maintain accounts and prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and other financial reports.
• Manage accounting activities using Tally.
• Conduct and coordinate internal audits and ensure proper financial controls.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders when required.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Good understanding of Balance Sheet and financial statements.
• Experience in internal audit and financial controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

A detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional with strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, Tally, financial reporting, and internal audit, capable of independently handling the organization's accounting functions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
