Senior Accountant

Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting to ensure sufficient funds for operations, debt obligations, and capital needs.

Manage treasury operations including payments, collections, disbursements, and cash concentration processes to optimize working capital.

Lead bank relationships, negotiate terms, monitor service levels, and manage treasury configuration and optimization.

Prepare and review cash flow forecasts, short-term liquidity models, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.

Coordinate debt management activities, including loan drawdowns, repayments, covenant tracking, and funding proposals.

Monitor foreign exchange exposure and implement hedging strategies in collaboration with risk management to mitigate currency risk.

Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures for treasury workflows in compliance with corporate policy and SOX requirements.

Lead the month-end close process for treasury activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.

Track and report key treasury metrics (cash conversion cycle, days payable/receivable, free cash flow) to senior management.

Collaborate with FP&A, accounting, and IT to enhance treasury processes, systems, and data integrity within the ERP/TMS environment.

Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, process narratives, and evidence of controls.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and policy enhancements to drive efficiency and reduce risk.
