Senior Accountant

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end closing procedures and ensure timely submission of management reports
• Oversee the accounts receivable cycle, including timely processing of receipts and refunds, daily accounting entries, inter-company transaction reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
• Supervise and manage the Accounts Receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations
• Maintain and streamline the company's accounting workflows, policies, and guidelines
• Support system implementation projects for financial accounting and reporting functions
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure statutory annual audits and interim reviews are completed within the required timeline
• Communicate with payment gateway service providers to support daily operations
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in a listed company is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
