Senior Accountant

• Review transactions processed and journal entries posted in books
• Review bank reconciliation, accounting schedules and other related details
• Review general and subsidiary ledgers and completeness and accuracy of all entries and prepare the books for monthly closing
• Prepare tax computations and file returns, or review tax returns prepared by staff prior to filling
• Review the summary/Alpha lists prepared by staff prior to submission
• Prepare internal financial reports for client management (with highlights for the month) and review the details prepared by staff
• Prepare financial statements for external auditor, and reports for regional management
• Review the monthly, quarterly and annual requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, BIR, LGU and other government agencies prepared by staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• With at least 3 years of experience in general accounting work and tax compliance as outlined above
• Communicates clearly (written & verbal), Keen to details
• Confident in communicating with client's top management
• Experience in accounting software
