• Prepares and maintains accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Oversees month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manages general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assists in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Supports the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors.
• Mentors and trains junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Processes and files all documents related to Fixed Assets.
• Receives from the Accounting Manager at the beginning of the year the depreciation rates to be used and calculates the depreciation monthly.
• Reconciles bank statement with accounting records daily.
• Processes and files Petty Cash daily.
• Ensures that Petty Cash and Allowances are closed according to the company’s policies.
• Process intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Submits and closes quarterly VAT and salary income tax.

3-5 years of relevant experience

BSc. in Administration (Accounting/Finance).

Student Member of an Accounting Professional Body (ACCA or CPA).
