What they need
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Manage general ledger operations, post journal entries, and perform monthly account reconciliations.
- Closing Processes: Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to GAAP or local regulatory standards, and coordinate documentation for internal and external auditors.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and delegate daily tasks to junior or staff accountants.
- Budgeting & Analysis: Analyze financial variances, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and report cost trends to management or the CFO.
- Work location will be at Maheshwaram near Tukkuguda.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
