Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly financial reports, management report and sub-consolidation of the Group’s subsidiaries in the PRC according to HKFRS
• Handle full set of accounts including accounts receivable, other payables and accruals and invoice preparation for subsidiaries of the Group
• Prepare annual and interim financial statements and relevant disclosure notes
• Assist superiors in handling the Group’s annual reports and interim reports
• Prepare audited financial statements of the subsidiaries of the Group
• Review accounting vouchers of the Group’s companies
• Ensure the accounting data in Flex system are up-to-date and accurate
• Prepare tax computation and file tax returns of the subsidiaries of the Group
• Undertake special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred
• 5 years’ relevant experience in handling full set accounts and consolidation
• Good understanding of HKFRS and experience in tax compliance in HK
• Self-motivated, independent & detail minded
• Hardworking and willing to take up responsibilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferable
