About the Opportunity

Camellia Staffing is hiring a Senior Accounts Executive for one of our clients, a growing tech-enabled logistics organization operating in the supply chain and logistics sector.

The organization focuses on technology-driven and data-led logistics operations, with an emphasis on operational efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional who can independently manage core accounting operations, reconciliations, taxation support, MIS reporting, and vendor/customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and accounting summaries.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare vendor payment sheets as per internal payment policies.
• Compile accounting data required for GST and TDS returns.
• Perform periodic ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding accounting-related requirements.
• Support statutory audits and coordinate with auditors for required documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of accounting and compliance-related information.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date accounting records.
• Ensure overall accounting hygiene and compliance with applicable processes.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.

Skills & Experience RequiredExperience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands-on experience in managing accounting operations.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Sound knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Experience in ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Language Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Education

• B.Com / M.Com preferred.
• Candidates with an equivalent background in Accounts or Finance may also be considered.
