Senior Accountant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance, along with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Perform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
• Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance
• Support internal and external audits
• Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting activities
• Ensure accuracy and timely closure of accounts
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Tally
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, AR, AP, and bank reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
