Senior Accountant

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant who can take full responsibility for the company s day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE accounting experience and practical knowledge of Zoho, inventory accounting, multi-branch operations, VAT, and financial reporting. KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 * Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities. * Maintain accurate sales, purchase, expense, payment, and receipt records. * Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. * Reconcile bank, cash, and other company accounts. * Manage accounting activities for multiple branches and warehouses. * Monitor branch-wise sales, expenses, purchases, and financial transactions. * Reconcile physical inventory with Zoho records and accounting records. * Monitor stock transfers between branches and warehouses. * Maintain accurate inventory-related financial records. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management. * Handle UAE VAT-related accounting and documentation. * Assist with Corporate Tax-related accounting requirements. * Maintain proper documentation and financial records. * Identify accounting discrepancies and investigate the reasons. * Work closely with management, branch teams, warehouse teams, and suppliers. * Provide accurate financial information to management for decision-making. * Ensure all accounting records are updated, organized, and accurate.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• UAE accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory.
• Experience in multi-branch and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in retail, trading, electronics, or automotive-related businesses is an advantage.
