Senior Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, customer/vendor reconciliation.
• Handle bank reconciliation and banking transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and government authorities.
• Monitor outstanding payments and collections.
• Assist in budgeting, costing and financial planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support management with financial analysis and reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing/printing & packaging industry will be an advantage.

Experience: 5–8 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent
Location: Kasurdi, Bhor, Pune

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
