Key Responsibilities
- Strong command over Tally Prime & Accounting Concepts.
- Maintain Receivable & Payable reports and reconciliations.
- Handle land purchase/sale accounting entries.
- Maintain records of payments & advances to farmers/landowners.
- Maintain complete land purchase/sale documentation and payment records.
- Basic working knowledge of Capital Gain calculations.
- Handle TDS deductions, payments & compliances.
- Manage bank payments & Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Ensure proper and timely documentation, filing & record keeping.Role & responsibilities
