Senior Accountant

Key responsibilities-

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Zoho Books (invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation)

Manage accounts receivable (course fees, corporate and franchise payments) and accounts payable (vendors, trainers, auditors)

Handle GST calculation, filing and reconciliation; TDS deduction and returns; advance tax and income tax compliance

Prepare annual budgets, cash-flow forecasts and financial plans - Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis - Manage payroll, PF/ESI and statutory compliance

Coordinate with the CA/auditors for audits and ROC/MCA filings - Track partner and certification-body payments (FoSTaC, TUV Nord, TSI, etc.) and franchise revenue - Control expenses and flag overspending

Requirements-

B.Com/M.Com (CA Inter or MBA Finance is a plus)

2–4 years of accounting experience - Hands-on with Zoho Books and MS Excel - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax

Good communication in English and Malayalam - Accurate, confidential and deadline-driven

Payroll and statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT)

Knowledge of Tally as a backup - Fee collection tracking, refunds and installment follow-up (key for training institutes)

Franchise accounting and royalty tracking, since you're expanding

Cash-flow and working-capital management

Inventory/asset register and fixed asset depreciation - Integrity and discretion with financial data - Ability to create dashboards for management

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
