Senior Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions and payroll for International client.
• Handling email proficiently and managing daily tasks.
• Review accounts, discuss shortcomings, and suggest improvements to client.
• Post Journal Vouchers related to GST and income tax filings, fixed assets, loans, etc.
• Communicate regularly with client for query resolution and timely delivery of tasks
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconciliation of various ledgers in the Balance Sheet
• Handle Compliances
• Finalise Balance sheets and Profit and Loss statements

Preferred candidate profile

• Work experience as an Accountant with strong base in accounting
• Highly organized and execution-focused professional with the ability to manage day-to-day office operations — including emails — while consistently meeting timelines.
• Strong Communication Skills i.e. ability to understand tasks and communicate regarding queries and possible solutions
• Proficient in MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• B.Com Qualified
• Experience in Quickbooks, Xero preferred (but not necessary)
• Chandigarh and Haryana, HP, Punjab candidates preferred who wish to move.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
