About the Role

Luminarch Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, project/site accounts, procurement records, supplier coordination, and labour payroll.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, accounting procedures, and financial documentation. Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts, books, and financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash, and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain project/site-wise accounts and expenses.
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory accounting.
• Manage purchase records, supplier bills, quotations, and payments.
• Maintain labour attendance, payroll, overtime, advances, and deductions.
• Prepare monthly financial and expense reports.
• Track outstanding payments and receivables.
• Coordinate with suppliers, auditors, banks, site teams, and management.

Requirements

• B.Com / Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Experience in payroll, purchase, supplier, and project/site accounting.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Construction accounting experience preferred.

Location & Relocation

• Job Location: Kalamassery, Kerala
• Candidates residing near Kalamassery are preferred.
• Candidates willing to relocate to Kalamassery are also preferred.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, financially accurate, and capable of taking responsibility for accounting operations independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
