Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, invoices, and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow management.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Handle banking activities, including cheque deposits and liaising with banks.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for procurement and maintenance needs.
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Act as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and communication.

A valid driving license is mandatory.

3-4 years of UAE experience is required.
