Senior Accountant

We're a growing accounting firm providing Real-Time Bookkeeping (RTB), tax, financial reporting, and audit support services to a diverse client portfolio. We're looking for an Accounting Team Lead to lead a team and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable for timely, high-quality delivery of accounting services.
• Review team work and provide prompt, constructive feedback.
• Oversee year-end closing, audit, and statutory reporting.
• Advise clients on day-to-day accounting, tax, and audit matters, resolving operational issues and escalating complex technical matters when needed.
• Drive consistent execution of RTB, firm standards, new initiatives, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with clients, internal departments, and our affiliated audit firm for smooth service delivery and audit support.
• Develop team capability and capacity to support business growth, including taking on new clients and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; [Thai CPD holder]
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or review role, preferably in an accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of TFRS for NPAEs, Thai tax, and year-end audit processes
• Strong leadership, coaching, and client communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented

Base Salary: Approximately 25,000 - 32,000 THB (Negotiable depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 - 18:00 (Flexible working hours)
