Senior Accountant

About the role

Lendflow is looking for an independent Senior Accountant to own the revenue subledger, cash reconciliation and monthly accounting schedules. You'll report to the VP of Finance & Accounting and work remotely from the Philippines. Lendflow is a fintech platform that connects small businesses, lenders, data providers and partners through one orchestration layer. The accuracy of revenue and cash records is central to how the business runs.

Key responsibilities

• Book commission revenue in NetSuite for each funded deal across 50+ lenders
• Tie out every lender payment to funded deals, getting remittance breakdowns straight from lender finance teams
• Book defaults and clawbacks, lender bonuses, draws, renewals and add-ons, and work out differences with the Funding team
• Apply customer payments against receivables, keep AR current and follow up on short or missing payments
• Keep the funded-deals file in sync with NetSuite
• Reconcile all US bank, card and clearing accounts daily
• Maintain the prepaid expense schedule and book monthly amortization
• Maintain the fixed asset register, capitalize capex and book monthly depreciation
• Book recurring accruals and schedules: rent, bonuses, commissions, debt amortization and interest, deferred financing costs
• Enter and code vendor bills, run bill pay through Ramp, and set up and maintain vendors

About you

• 4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years owning GL work for a US company (US GAAP)
• Hands-on NetSuite experience: journal entries, bank reconciliation, AR/AP, and working with saved searches or reports
• High-volume transaction work: matching hundreds of payments a month to a subledger and chasing down differences
• Experience maintaining prepaid, fixed asset and accrual schedules
• Works independently: runs a recurring task list without being prompted, and escalates with a proposed answer
• Strong written English, with clear, direct communication with lenders, vendors and internal teams
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliation workbooks)
