Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our client on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with leadership, driving financial performance, and ensuring strong cash flow management during a critical period for the business.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and maintaining robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Lead cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
• Partner closely with senior leaders across the business
• Prepare monthly management reports and performance commentary
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and month-end activities
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements

About You

• CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is essential

• Proven experience in a Senior Accountant, Management Accountant, or Finance Business Partner role

• Strong cash flow management and forecasting capability

• Comfortable working directly with leadership and influencing stakeholders

• Commercially astute with excellent analytical skills

• Able to quickly understand business operations and deliver practical solutions

• Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach
