About the Role
 
Step into a close-knit, technically sharp team managing a varied portfolio of approximately 75-100 clients and groups. You'll work directly alongside a Tax Partner with close to 25 years' experience and a reputation as one of the best in the business, while taking on management of 1-2 offshore accountants based in the Philippines.
This isn't a firm that just fills seats. They invest heavily in developing their people, lean on AI and their own proprietary software to work smarter, and boast an average staff tenure of around 10 years - practically unheard of in accounting. What You'll Bring

• CA or CPA qualified (essential)
• Around 7+ years' experience with a strong technical foundation
• A genuine passion for tax
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort with technology and enthusiasm for AI-driven ways of working
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied workload
• Energy, intelligence, and a real appetite to keep learning
• Management experience is a bonus, not a requirement
