1. About the Role

Business Mantra is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial records, tax compliance, and reporting.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and income tax-related work.
• Manage bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Assist with monthly and annual closing activities.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance.
• Guide junior accounting staff and review their work.

3. Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Good command of Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

4. Preferred Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience working in a CA firm will be preferred.
• Practical experience in taxation, audit, and financial reporting is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
