Responsibilities

1. Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual financial reporting.
2. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and monthly costing reports.
3. Monitor company cash flow, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
4. Handle SST review and submission.
5. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other external stakeholders
6. Partner with operations teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth business operations.
7. Review and improve finance processes, controls and administrative procedures.
8. Handle and manage payroll and statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF and Form EA.
9. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar role.
3. Strong knowledge in accounting, financial reporting, taxation and internal controls.
4. Experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central is an advantage.
5. Independent, proactive, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information
