Senior Accountant

• Financial Reporting & Ledger Management: Spearhead the month-end and year-end closing cycles. Prepare and format flawless financial statements in strict accordance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS / IFRS).
• Statutory Compliance & Taxation: Take ownership of compiling documentation for quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) submissions, deferred tax calculations, and corporate tax declarations to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and ACRA.
• Reconciliations & Quality Controls: Audit and review multi-currency general ledgers, intercompany transactions, fixed asset depreciation registers, and complex bank balances.
• Audit Facilitation: Serve as the chief operational interface for internal and external institutional auditors. Maintain structured audit files to rectify variances and address auditor queries promptly.
• FP&A and Analytical Support: Support budget owners with operational variance analyses (P&L and Balance Sheet comparisons) to deliver actionable underlying cost insights to management.
• Process Automation & Systems: Identify workflow bottlenecks and lead software enhancement or migration sprints involving ERP frameworks (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, Oracle).

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
