About Us
Fabmatic is a Doha-based trading and service company supplying and servicing industrial and laundry equipment, with maintenance contracts (AMC), imports and project work.

Role Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accountant to run our day-to-day accounts and produce accurate monthly and annual reports. You will work directly with management.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily transactions (cash, card and bank payments) with correct vouchers and categories
• Maintain the monthly expense sheets and prepare the annual expense summary
• Process supplier invoices and payments, and follow up on customer receivables
• Prepare payroll, staff advances, overtime and weekly staff expenses
• Handle import, customs and freight documentation from an accounting point of view
• Reconcile bank and cash accounts every month
• Prepare trial balance, income statement and balance sheet
• Support audit, tax and government filings, and keep records organised
• Prepare quotations, invoices and AMC billing with the sales team
• Flag overspending and unusual entries to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance (ACCA / CMA / CPA is a plus)
• 3+ years’ experience as an accountant, preferably in trading or services in Qatar or the GCC
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, SUMIFS, pivot tables)
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or similar)
• Knowledge of Qatar regulations, WPS payroll and audit requirements is an advantage
• Good English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam is a plus
• Accurate, honest and able to meet monthly deadlines
