What they need
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including outstanding payments and customer/supplier balances.
- Perform monthly closing activities and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing cash flow reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Handle staff claims, expenses, and payment processing.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and supported by relevant documentation and approvals.
- Assist with e-Invoice, SST, tax (including CP204), and other statutory compliance matters where applicable.
- Assist with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other payroll-related financial matters when required.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks, customers, suppliers, and relevant government authorities on finance-related matters
