Senior Accountant

Note: This vacancy is based in Kuwait, and Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory. Please apply only if you are willing to relocate to Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
• Oversee P&L Management, sales performance analysis, and financial performance across retail operations.
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, budgets, forecasts, costing, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, inventory accounting, and financial reconciliations.
• Monitor sales and operational expenses to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT/GST, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain strong financial controls.
• Support ERP implementation, automation, and finance process improvements.
• Review payroll accounting and provide financial insights to management.
• Lead and guide the finance/accounts team while collaborating with sales and operations teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, trading, or multi-unit business environments.
• Strong experience in P&L Management, sales and operations analysis, cash flow management, and retail finance.
• Strong ERP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
