Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting:

 Maintain books of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards.  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.  Manage journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.  Monitor fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditure accounting.

Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting

 Account for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and consumables.  Verify inventory valuation and coordinate with stores and production.  Reconcile physical stock with ERP records.  Support product costing and variance analysis.

Statutory Compliance

 Prepare and file GST returns and reconcile GSTR-2B/3B.  Ensure timely deduction and payment of TDS and prepare quarterly returns.  Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.  Maintain compliance with Companies Act and other applicable regulations.

Banking & Treasury

 Handle bank reconciliations and working capital monitoring Manage LC, BG, term loan, and cash credit documentation.  Coordinate with banks for financial information and compliance. MIS & Reporting  Prepare monthly MIS including: o Profit & Loss o Balance Sheet o Cash Flow o Production & Cost Reports o Budget vs Actual Analysis  Present financial insights to management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
