Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules for financial statements
• Reconcile bank accounts and analyze account activity
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring GAAP compliance
• Assist with accounts payable processes and accounting documentation
• Prepare financial analyses, management reports, and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle accounting responsibilities
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Manufacturing and/or job costing experience
• Proven track record of career stability and professional growth
