About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage the complete accounts of our construction company and government projects. You will own day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance and project-wise financial records.

What You Will Do

• Maintain complete books of accounts in TallyPrime, including project-wise cost centres
• Handle bill accounting, including retention, security deposits and statutory deductions
• Prepare and file GST returns and manage TDS and other statutory compliance
• Manage vendor, subcontractor and labour payments and reconciliations
• Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow and receivables follow-up
• Track project-wise cost, expenses and profitability
• Maintain stock and material accounting for sites
• Coordinate with the auditor and CA for audits and filings
• Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports

What We Are Looking For

• B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter, M.Com or MBA Finance preferred)
• 4-8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in construction or contracting
• Strong hands-on expertise in TallyPrime (must)
• Good knowledge of construction accounting and government contractor accounting
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent in Malayalam and English
• Honest, accurate and well-organised
