Senior Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Washington, DC Schedule: Onsite 3 Days/Week Our client, a well-known Washington, DC-based organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its close-knit and dynamic accounting department. This is a HYBRID role (onsite 3 days per week) that offers professional autonomy, strong benefits, and a supportive company culture. As a Senior Accountant , you’ll report directly to the Controller, gain broad exposure to accounting operations, and enjoy opportunities for increased flexibility as you prove yourself.

Compensation: $80,000-$85,000 base salary

Ideal Background For The Senior Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• 2-5+ years of accounting experience, accounts payable, invoicing, billing, etc.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technology experience with various ERP softwares; Sage Intacct
