About the role:

RSM Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Senior Accountant to join our Geraldton team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, and assist in the promotion and growth the following services to new and existing clients:
  • Management Accounting;
  • Outsourced CFO services;
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards.
• Designs, develops and analyses financial models;
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts;
• Identifies, research and resolve all complex accounting issues; Analyses management accounting reports and provides advice to clients;

About you:

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
• CA or equivalent qualification, or currently working towards
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively A proactive, client‑focused approach
