Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
• Handle GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Manage TDS/TCS compliance and statutory filings.
• Perform GST input tax credit and vendor account reconciliation.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and client billing.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Monitor project-wise costs, revenue, client invoicing, retention money, and advances.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Maintain accurate financial records for both Pune and Nashik branches.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.Com, M.Com, or a degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
• Good MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in construction, interior design, contracting, or project accounting will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple branch offices and travel periodically if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
