Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Accounting & Finalization

● Supervise and maintain end-to-end bookkeeping, voucher entries, and daily financial operations.

● Lead the finalization of the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts.

● Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

2. Taxation & Compliance

● Oversee complete GST and TDS compliance, including accurate calculations and timely return filing.

● Stay updated with statutory changes and ensure the manufacturing unit complies with all tax regulations.

● Coordinate and facilitate internal and external financial audits.

3. Team Leadership & Supervision

● Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 5–6 accounts executives.

● Review work delegated to team members to ensure zero errors in accounting and data entry.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Education: B.Com/M.Com or CA Inter.

● Experience: 8+ years of core accounting experience, with significant tenure at a senior or managerial level.

● Scale Exposure: Direct experience handling accounts for a manufacturing factory with a turnover of ₹500+ Crores.

● Technical Skills:

○ Deep understanding and hands-on knowledge of corporate balance sheets.

○ Strong command over GST, TDS, and tax filing procedures.

○ Proficiency in enterprise accounting software (such as Tally, SAP, or industry-standard ERPs).

● Leadership: Strong team management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
