Senior Accountant (Construction)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling full set of accounts;
• Prepare month-end closing and monthly reconciliation;
• Prepare timely consolidated financial reports to management;
• Prepare, coordinate and participate in interim and annual audit;
• Assist in annual financial budgeting and forecast;
• Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and professional parties on accounting, consolidation reporting and taxation issues;
• Assist on handling M&A and Investment projects;
• Ad hoc assignments on research, financial modeling, and analysis for projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related disciplines;
• Holder of Membership in ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional body;
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in sizable / listed company, with auditing, tax or accounting-related jobs;
• Good communication, organization and analytic skills;
• Mature, Proactive, independent, committed and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is required;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
